e-CARE Portal Discontinued
ELK Energy has discontinued the current e-CARE Portal and on Dec 19th, 2022 we will be launching our new online portal, ELK MyAccount, where customers can access their account information, usage details, monthly statements and more.
All existing portal customers will be transferred automatically and you will need to ‘Reset Your Password’ to gain access to the new portal. An email will be sent to you with the link to reset your password.
