Inc. proudly distributes electricity to the urban communities of Essex,
Harrow, Belle River, Comber, Kingsville and Cottam. Formed in
2000, E.L.K. is the successor utility of the Hydro-Electric Commission for
the Town of Essex, Lakeshore Hydro Electric Commission, and Kingsville
Hydro-Electric Commission.
